Yelp.com

I recently found out that a disgruntled client's boy friend posted a negative review in Yelp about me and my office.  We won the case for the client, but insisted she pay the outstanding fees.  As it turned out, that was the boy friend's responsibility. It appears to be an account created, with a fake name, just to write this review.

Funny thing is, I discovered I have numerous other reviews, before and after, the bad review, that have been "filtered" by Yelp, and are not shown to the public without some digging.

What can I do to fix the bad review?

What can I do to get filtered reviews, unfiltered.
